After viewing the BitCoin.Org website, there was nowhere
on their website to create an Account ... the only thing I
saw was a page with several different BitCoin Wallets ...

Where do you go to open a BitCoin Account?

You can create your wallet on https://blockchain.info/
So easy to understand how bitcoin works. Study by yourself.
All you need is to have a wallet and everything else will follow.

it is a payment processor like Payza, Paypal, Perfect Money,
the difference is, it is in Bitcoin currency and not in dollars.
Your account balance in bitcoin will most of the time goes up and down, depends on the market value.
You will understand more if u have a wallet and starts from there how bitcoin works.
Not need explanation, your brain will understand automatically if you will use your eyes for observation.
