This General Membership Agreement between You (Member, User or Advertiser) and Goldenclix.com sets out the terms of your membership.

You must read carefully, understand and agreeable to the terms and conditions of this Membership Agreement by marking " I Accept ".

If You do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this Membership Agreement, Goldenclix.com is unwilling to allow You to become a Member.

1.1. Members must log in at least once every 30 day(s) in order to stay active. Inactive members could have their accounts suspended and forfeit any account balance, memberships, points, referrals and advertising credits.

1.2. If your account is closed due inactivity you can contact us and we will activate it.

1.3. Users using false information when registering will have their account suspended.

1.4. You can only have one account per household. Do not attempt to create more than one account or all of your accounts will be terminated. You should never need another account.

1.5. Auto-Click/Software. If you are offering or found to be promoting or using any unauthorized third party software or services used to auto-click, auto-surf, ad-alert, or circumvent or defraud GoldenClix.com your account will be terminated without notice. Deletion of your account due to any of these violations results in forfeiture of all account balances. Please note legal action may also be initiated.

1.6. Anti-cheat Policy. Each attempt, in any way, to use auto click software, to login into our system using 3rd party software, to hack into the system were all logged. When you request payout, our monitoring system will analyze your actions and take its own actions in return.

1.7. Every hack attempt or abusing our system will result to account suspension permanently.

1.8. Having a username that we deem inappropriate may lead to the suspension of your account.

1.9. Logging in from proxies or shared network environments (such as, but not limited to schools, LAN houses, cybercafés, etc.) is not allowed.

2.1. There is no limit to the amount of members you can refer.

2.2. You may not refer other people in your household. Only one account, email, and I.P. per customer.

2.3. System will deduct, depends of your membership, $0.03 - $0.05 for every expired rented referral.

3.1. You are not allowed to send your money to another person`s payment processor account. Doing so will lead to an immediate suspension.

3.2. Minimum payout is only $0.15. Users must have at least 33% money earned from offerwalls OR deposit deposit $40 to receive payments.

3.3. Payments will be processed within 15 business days (Monday - Friday).

3.4. Once the withdrawal has been processed and payment has been made by Goldenclix.com, we assume no further responsibility and cannot be held responsible for any issue caused by the payment processor companies.

3.5. If you withdraw bitcoin please make sure that your bitcoin wallet provider accept micropayments lower than $1.

3.6. Members may withdraw their earnings regardless of their membership type or country.

3.6. Ensure the payment processor account that you create is with a company which allows payments to your country.

3.7. We strictly make no refunds or reimbursements to account values after payments have been sent successfully. It is your responsibility to fill in your details correctly.

3.8. For security reason, payment processor's email addresses used for withdrawal must be the same as payment processor's email addresses used for deposit. It is not valid if you depost/withdraw to bitcoin.

3.9. For security reason, GoldenClix.com reserves the right to delay and cancel any payment request and ask for more information from member.

3.10. Sharing/posting your payment proof in the forum is a must before requesting your next cashout.

4.1. Payments made to Goldenclix.com using any available payment processor's email addresses cannot be modified and or altered in anyway possible in order to keep the origin of your fund.

4.2. All chargebacks or reversed transactions made on your payments will lead to an immediate account suspension. all purchased item are not refundable

5.1. Members submitting fake or false info on Paid to Sign Up offers will result in the offer being denied and possible account suspension.

5.2. Advertisers found falsely denying valid member signups will result in forfeiture of advertising credits and possible account suspension.

5.3. Members that receive a large number of denied signups will have their accounts flagged and not be able to participate in Paid to Sign Up.

6.1. The website must not contain pornographic, racist, discriminating, vulgar, illegal, or other adult materials of any kind.

6.2. The website must not contain any frame breakers.

6.3. The website must not contain or promote any viruses.

6.4. The website must not contain ANY prompts such as download dialogs or confirmation alerts.

6.5. The website must not have a popup/pop under window.

7.1. We have the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, for any reason and without warning or notice. If we decide to give a notice, we will notify you by e-mail. If you are caught cheating in any way, your account will be deleted without notice. Please note due to the proprietary nature of our monitoring system, we are not able to disclose any detailed information nor discuss the reason.

7.2. Any accusation without proof, false representing, intimidation, threat or disrespect against Goldenclix and / or Goldenclix staff / assistants, here or elsewhere will be seen as disrespectful and may lead to the removal of the privilege of using the Forum and Chat as well as the permanent suspension of your account, temporary suspension of membership or any other benefits.

7.3. You are not an employee of Goldenclix.com and you are not an independent contractor for GoldenClix.com. We simply create a middle-man connection from the advertiser to the consumer. You or Goldenclix.com has the right to terminate this relationship at any time.

7.4. Goldenclix.com will not be liable for delays or failure in performance caused by acts of God, war, terrorism, strike, labor dispute, work stoppage, fire, act of government, or any other cause, whether similar or dissimilar, beyond our control. Goldenclix.com reserves the right to restrict, alter, or modify fees, benefits, rules, regulations, special offers, membership terms and conditions or terminate services any time and without notice. Goldenclix.com, its subsidiaries, affiliates and agents are not responsible for any products and services of other program participating companies or partners.

7.5. Goldenclix.com upfront reserves the right to modify the terms at any time, with or without caution. We take no responsibility for violations occurred by Goldenclix.com members, it's your job to revise the terms on a regular basis.

7.6. We cannot assure the site may or may not have exploits, Any user caught exploiting any area of Goldenclix.com will result in account termination and all funds to be forfeited. Please note legal action may also be initiated.

7.7. Goldenclix.com reserves the right to modify, edit, delete or rename your account at any time with or without notice.

7.8. Goldenclix.com is copyright 2012-. You are prohibited from distributing, reselling, recoding, modifying or copying Goldenclix.com at all times. All rights, title, and interest in and to the Services are and will remain the exclusive property of Goldenclix and its licensors. The Services are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Nothing in the Terms gives you a right to use the Goldenclix name or any of the Goldenclix trademarks, logos, domain names, and other distinctive brand features.
